GPL electric starters and parts for Rotax Aircraft Engines

GPL electric starter installed on a 503 UL with our oil injection pump adapter kit.

In some 2-stroke installations, notably the Quad City Challenger, the clearance between the engine and firewall is too small to install a Rotax MAG-end electric starter.

The GPL electric starter was designed for use in such restricted spaces. It can be installed on Rotax 377 UL, 447 UL, 503 UL, 532 UL, 582 UL and 618 UL engines.

We also carry a full line of replacement parts for the GPL starter.

Please note that the GPL starter is not designed by Rotax. For any installation which can accomodate them, we would recommend using the Rotax MAG-end electric starter or E Type Gearbox.
