Engine Mounts

Did you know that a badly designed engine mount is often the cause of vibrations and premature wear?
We design and manufacture engine mounts that allow you to suspend your engine in the optimal way, by securing it from the aft side with a ring. That is the same time-proven principle used in conventional aircraft. The shape of the ring also allows you to use the longer "heavy duty" starter found on the the Rotax 912 ULS, unlike other engine mounts which interfere with its installation.

Custom Made Exhaust Systems

We are able to design and fabricate exhaust systems for your particular installation requirements.

Cooling Liquid Outlet

The coolant outlet provided with Rotax 4 stroke aircraft engines is elbow-shaped. This results in some problems with the installation of coolant hoses when the engine is mounted on a ring-type mount. That is why we designed a straight coolant outlet to make your installation easier. These parts are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.
