Being the home to some of the world’s finest and most excellent architects, Australia is now developing an iconic structure in Parramatta called 8 Philip Street which is a 55-storey building between Joe Nahas the Managing Director of Coronation Property and commended architects Woods Bagot. The latter won the design competition in Parramatta to take charge of the brilliant design of the building.
The blueprint of the structure is expected to bring to a new level the standards of apartments not only in the said city but also in other parts of the world. Talking about the exterior design of the building, the credit goes to Jamie Durie who is responsible for creating the landscape where a trapeze garden and a floating forest will be the highlight and the main attraction. Futurist style or you can also call visionary is one way to describe 8 Phillip Street. Nahas proudly said that the design exceeded his expectation and he is very eager to show to the locals the work of art that is expected to be completed by 2020.
Once finished, the structure will have 54 floors where 35 levels will be for apartments, and the other 14 levels will function as a 5-star hotel. Domenic Alvaro, Woods Bagot’s Director, will be the main in-charge for the design of the tower. The expertise of Durie and Alvaro will make the structure an amazing view in the said city. The magnificent building aims to improve the liveliness in the area, whether it is day or night. The building together with the Parramatta River and the Central Business District in Sydney will be the apple of the eyes of the locals.
The inviting appearance of the structure gives the people a warm welcome which is very important when we talk about residential buildings. Bob Reiman’s purchase of a split level penthouse amounting to $3 million was the most distinguished transaction. The strong and fine finish of the design of the tower encourages Reiman to make the decision. He said that it is an excellent investment which apparently is true given the different outstanding factors about the building. The real estate project is what the locals are very excited to be completed.
The world-class luxury design is also another way to describe the marvellous tower that gained the interest of the many upon its opening. The first stage of the building was sold in just a matter of hours indicating how excellent its architectural design is. Giving another concept to mixed-use apartments is also included in the blueprint of the architecture. This idea is something that the locals and the tourists will surely enjoy. The historical architectural substance of 8 Phillip Street also adds to its spectacular design and is part of its endeavour to be able to co-exist with several heritage buildings in the place.
St. Andrew Church spire is also replicated in the lower levels of the building making it more attractive. The overall style of the structure will be something that you will be truly proud of as a local of Parramatta. This also creates the chance to change what other negative stuff people think before about the place. With the architectural talent and skills of Alvaro and Durie together with the effort of Coronation Property of Joe Nahas, the people of Parramatta will have a residence they will surely love. The architects’ inspirations are well-reflected in the building that will give the residents a new lifestyle and the experience they will surely be thankful of.
